Accounts are due on the day of service.
Medicare claims can be made easily using the Medicare app on a telephone or you can visit the Medicare office located a few doors up from Intramind Camberwell.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be made more than 24 hours before the due appointment time. It is difficult to fill empty slots in less than 24 hours which means that the canceled slot is lost to other clients.
Medicare does not cover cancellations, so there is no rebate applicable for canceled or no show appointments.
You will be required to pay the fee due if you cancel inside 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment.
